Southern Mudding

Southern Mudding is a Roblox off-roading sim about trucks, mud, weather, and the slow art of building a rig that survives all three. This site is the guide to it: what changed in each Friday update, how the systems actually work, and the order to do things in.

What is Southern Mudding?

A 10-player off-road sandbox with a working economy. You start with a pickup, earn in-game cash through jobs, delivery runs, and racing, and spend it on a garage of pickups, semis, trailers, classics, muscle cars, ATVs, UTVs, RVs, boats, and recovery trucks — on a map "purpose built for the off-road," as the official description puts it. At our September 30, 2026 check: 425M+ visits, 644,000+ group members, and around 9,000–10,500 players online during the day.

What's new right now (September 2026)

• Nitrous for pickup trucks (September 25) — installable in the customization garage, with a physical bottle in the bed. The nitrous guide covers the whole system.
• New pickup and new UTV, plus LED whip lights, in the same update.
• A map refresh (September 18): renovated locations, two new routes, new terrain, better trees — detailed in the map guide.
• Two new RVs, two new Jeeps, and the wrecker recovery truck across the month — the vehicle guide keeps the tally.

How this site works

Every guide is checked against the official Roblox game page, public game data, and dated community footage — with the check date printed on each page. This game has no fan wiki ecosystem, so where a claim cannot be verified yet, the page says so instead of guessing. Updates land every Friday; this site moves on the same rhythm.
